I think that scenic design has become for me a pretext of manifesting the binomial concept of “shape and context” in the process of expression of a state of mind. If I exclude the experimental component from my work routine, I am no longer efficient. Over recent years, I have been curious to explore artistic recycling – sculpture; whether it’s a costume or an installation. I am interested in offering a new value to an object made of residual raw material (fabric leftovers, plastic) by shifting the focus on the impact of the concept rather than the price of the material I use. Regardless of the branch I scout, light is my favourite ingredient.
